"What is your policy concerning finances for a Christian Comedy Show, Revival, Crusade or Conference?"
This is a legitimate question, and I want a clear understanding before coming to be a part of what God is doing in your church family.
1. I will go to any church or event, regardless of size, to use an opportunity that God gives me to share Jesus and Him only.
2. I will come on a first come, first serve basis as the Lord opens up the doors of opportunity. I will never cancel a meeting with you to accept another meeting regardless of what that other meeting may be.
3. I will come by faith on a love-offering basis. This is not part of the Tithe. The Tithe belongs to your church. Your free will offering will be separate from your Tithe. We ask you, the pastor or event planner, to share our financial needs with your people. This is our only financial support since we are not on a church staff with a regular monthly salary. We pray that you will lead your people to support our Life changing and soul-winning ministry as an eternal investment for the kingdom of God.
4. If I am preaching a Revival, I ask that a revival love offering be taken in every service in support of our ministry. If we are doing one of our Weekend Conferences, a love offering taken during the Sunday Morning and Sunday Evening Services is acceptable. If we are doing a one-day outreach, a love offering from the church or churches involved is greatly appreciated. It is best that all checks from members be made payable to the church and explained that the love offering will all be given in one check from the church. Make the final check payable to: CROSSEYED MINISTRIES
5. We ask the church to pay my travel expenses (mileage or plane ticket and Room and Board) over and above the love offering. We will give you our mileage and amount when we arrive. Mileage reimbursements are to be for whatever the IRS deductible rate happens to be at the time. This is very reasonable and workable with every church.
*** As always, I will work with your special circumstances. Never let questions about finances keep you from allowing God to do a miracle! I am willing to make any sacrifice that I can to join you in His work! ***

“Our church OR organization usually sets aside an amount for Appearances OR Revivals (honorarium) instead of a love offering. Is that okay?”
Yes, that is fine, however, we ask that the travel expenses, including Room and Board, be over and above the honorarium and paid separately.

“How is Lodging handled?”
1. For reasons of health, comfort and privacy it is important that I be lodged in a motel (or similar type of facility). This allows me ample preparation and prayer time for each upcoming message and appearance. However, please know that I will be available to make visits with you and for special speaking engagements throughout the day if you like.
2. If I am speaking or preaching at a location that is within cummuting range, the church or event is asked to please help with the travel expenses above the Love Offering.

“How can we know that Solid Biblical Teaching will be shared?”
1. Please read through “My Beliefs” page on this website for My Statement of Faith. If that does not give you the information that you are concerned about please give me a personal call or email me for specifics.
2. I will be glad to give a list of numbers to check for references. Just let me know.

“If we want Ronnie to come for a Revival Meeting, how long should we plan on it lasting?”
Honestly, we plan on the “Revival” continuing long after the preacher is gone! That, of course, depends on God and His People, but, in answer to the question, the length of the meeting time is actually flexible to your church needs.
1. The more traditional length is to begin on Sunday Morning and have services Sunday through Wednesday Evening.
2. Some churches begin in the middle of the week (Wednesday Evening) and have a service Wednesday through Saturday Evening finishing on Sunday Morning.
3. Some have gone to a more “Weekend Revival” Schedule. These services are usually Friday Evening, Saturday Evening, and two services on Sunday.
4. Some have gone to a “One-Day Revival Meeting” where the meeting is only Sunday Morning and Evening.
5. Some may even want to begin on Sunday Morning and continue until God tells us it’s over! This is possible too! I am flexible to God’s leading and your desires.

“What about a Weekend Conference or The Comedy Community Outreach. How do we schedule those times?”
1. Weekend Conferences such as: Evangelism Training, begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday Morning and go into the afternoon with a lunch in between. Then, I generally preach the next day at either one or both of the Sunday Services.
2. The One-Day Youth Conference will begin at noon on Saturday with a light lunch and registration. Worship will begin at 1:00 leading into the teaching sessions. The event will end around 7:00 p.m.
3. The Comedy Community Outreach should be held on either a Friday or Saturday Night, since we are really focusing on the “unchurched and lost,” and start at around 7:00 p.m., and will be over between 8:00-8:30. If the event is held on a Saturday Evening, it is always great to have a preaching opportunity lined up in one of the participating churches the next Sunday Morning!

“How far in advance do we need to book an event, show, meeting or conference?”
Due to preparation plans and scheduling, it is always best to schedule ahead at least three months before you would like the meeting or event to take place. This gives proper planning and preparation time for your church. Without proper planning and preparation, a lot of important things will go undone and result in a less effective meeting or outreach.
However, I do understand that scheduling that far in advance is not always possible. We try to be as flexible as possible and every opportunity will be evaluated on an individual basis. Just contact us so we can see what we can do.
